John Mark Braswell began his real estate career as a broker at the height of the Great Recession. While the timing brought undeniable challenges (stories he's happy to share with a sense of humor now), the experience shaped his resilience and defined his long-term approach to the business.

He transitioned from brokerage to join a team establishing a Nashville office for what was, at the time, a small development firm. Over the next decade, he advanced from an acquisitions associate to becoming the key leader in securing a client that positioned his firm as the largest preferred developer in the tenant's pipeline. This gave him visibility and experience across 15 states and more than 20 new projects a year. Through high volume and significant wins for his clients and partners, he has structured and invested in projects exceeding $250 million during his real estate career. While the numbers speak to his ability to "do a deal," his greatest satisfaction comes from the relationships and reputation he has built with teammates, clients, and consultants. To him, this is what truly matters.

John Mark holds a degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee. Though he's deeply dedicated to his profession, his true passion lies with his family. Living in Middle Tennessee, John Mark and his wife treasure their family time, traveling with their children, and savoring the fleeting years when Mom and Dad are still considered "cool."
